Closure of Tyndall AM

Effective 27 February 2026, the Tyndall Australian Small Companies Fund (ARSN 665 798 747) was closed. More information in relation to this change is available here and will be separately provided to Unitholders.

As previously communicated in December 2025, following material change in its client base, Tyndall’s large cap research team was closed. The decision reflected current dynamics in Australian large cap value equities and Tyndall’s market position.

As part of this decision, the Responsible Entity of the Tyndall funds elected to appoint Yarra Capital Management’s Equities team to continue managing the Tyndall Australian Share Wholesale Fund (ARSN 090 089 562) and Tyndall Australian Share Income Fund (ARSN 133 980 819). This change became effective on 2 January 2026.
